Since 1985 we have been serving the Culver area with the best level of eye care. We offer routine eye exams, contact lens fittings, screening for glaucoma and cataracts, post-operative care after cataract and refractive surgery such as LASIK, and emergency care for eye infections and injuries. We also provide services that no other office in this area provides: DEVELOPMENTAL EYE XAMINATIONS to diagnose learning related vision problems, binocular vision dysfunctions, strabismus, and amblyopia (lazy eye). OPTOMETRIC VISION TH ERAPY services are available to treat these conditions.

Dr. Mark Couts, OD
Optometrist
Dr. Mark Couts is a native of Knox, Indiana. He got a B.S. degree in biology at Indiana University in 1976 and a docorate in optometry in 1982. Following graduation, Dr. Couts served his country by practicing optometry in the U.S. Navy for three years and other seven years in the Navy reserves. He has been in private practive in Culver since 1985. Dr. Couts is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Indiana Optometric Association, COVD and the OEP foundation.

Awesome place to get your eye care very friendly staff whom are quite knowledgeable and helpful. I got very fast service and walked out with a greater understanding of vision and how it all works. The doctor is great. I would highly recommend this place to all and will be in the future going back for my eye care needs.
