So had a skin condition that landed me the hospital twice. I have seen at least 6 dermatologist included on located at a major hospital. Dr Ghatan has been the only one who knew what I had and was able to treat my condition that has completely gone away. If you need a top doctor go see Dr. Eliot Ghatan Steven. S Brooklyn NY

Has literally no idea what he's talking about. I went to him for acne and he told me that there's nothing he could do except of one back every month for a sterilize injection. I went to a different doctor and my acne has literally cleared up completely. He also misdiagnosed me for another condition which ended up costing me way more money than it should've. STAY AWAY.

Doctor is highly knowledgeable and professional. My family has seen the doctor for at least 15 years (especially after Caribbean vacations:)) and he never disappoints. And yes, sometimes you have to wait, but that's worth it.

The wait line is more than an hour. Doesn't matter if you come on time or not. The doc spent less than 5 min. Can't explain how to apply the ointment, where to order. It's ridiculous. The worst experience ever.

I have mixed feelings and thoughts about our visit. The office staff was friendly and professional. The ladies at the front desk and the doctor's assistant were helpful and nice. The office itself is like many old medical offices in Brooklyn in huge need of renovation, cleaning organization, it's far from being clean, welcoming, and well-organized. Which aggravates the stress of a super long wait time. Relying on our pediatrician's referral and other people's good Dr. Ghatan reviews I and my some were patiently waiting in the waiting room for almost two hours. But, meeting with Dr. Ghatan was the biggest disappointment after all.
It started when I and my son were greeted by the doctor while he was standing facing away (back to us). Doctors didn't really take time to explain everything to us, started to do a painful procedure on my child. It was on the edge of rudeness and unprofessional conduct. So, I'm not talking about any bedside manners or level of service. I hope that our bad experience with Dr. Ghatan was an exception and a single case. Unfortunately, it happened to us and I can not recommend this doctor as a true professional.

Dr. Ghatan is wonderful, my son has been battling bad chronic eczema since the age of 6. We have taken him to numerous dermatologist they tried shots, dozens of creams even body laser treatments, argan oil plant oil, bleach baths, apple cider vinegar baths you named it we tried it. Nothing will last if it did work it would not be for long and it would flare up again. From the first visit to Dr. Ghatan he prescribed this special cream that is made from a special pharmacy after the first night the difference was remarkable. We were in tears of happiness. In fact we moved to PA 4 hrs away and we still take him to see dr. Ghatan in NY. Hope this helps.
