Services
Pain Management
Our comprehensive pain management approach addresses chronic conditions through personalized treatment plans combining interventional procedures, medication management, and lifestyle modifications. Board-certified physicians utilize advanced diagnostics to identify pain sources, creating customized strategies for conditions like arthritis, neuropathy, and post-surgical pain. We prioritize minimally invasive techniques to improve functionality and quality of life while minimizing reliance on opioids.
Epidural Injections
Targeted epidural injections deliver anti-inflammatory medications directly to inflamed nerve roots causing back and neck pain. Using fluoroscopic guidance, our specialists precisely administer corticosteroids to reduce swelling and irritation in spinal nerve pathways. This outpatient procedure provides rapid relief for conditions like herniated discs and spinal stenosis, often allowing patients to resume physical therapy and daily activities within days.
Radiofrequency Lesioning
Radiofrequency lesioning uses heat energy to disrupt pain signal transmission in targeted nerves. Our physicians employ this technique for chronic joint and back pain management, particularly for facet joint arthritis and sacroiliac joint dysfunction. The procedure offers longer-lasting relief than injections, with effects typically lasting 6-12 months, and can be repeated as needed to maintain pain control.
Hormone Replacement Therapy
Our hormone replacement program addresses hormonal deficiencies contributing to chronic pain and fatigue. Using bioidentical hormones, we restore balance for patients experiencing symptoms related to menopause, andropause, or thyroid dysfunction. This integrative approach improves energy levels, sleep quality, and overall well-being while complementing other pain management strategies for enhanced treatment outcomes.
Spinal Cord Stimulation
Spinal cord stimulation involves implanting a device that delivers mild electrical impulses to interrupt chronic pain signals. We offer trial periods to assess effectiveness before permanent implantation, particularly for complex regional pain syndrome and failed back surgery syndrome. This advanced therapy provides significant pain reduction for patients who haven't responded to conventional treatments, improving daily functionality and reducing medication dependence.

Very rude office personal, they change your appointment and tell you you missed it and when you say anything about it, you are discharged!

Don't waste your time and money on the BioTe pellet process they offer. They fail to tell you until you're there that there are restrictions if you've had breast cancer and then give you false information in order to get you to pay for the full spectrum of pellets you've been promised. Then when you complain, write letters and make phone calls, no one returns your call. I don't know anything about Dr. Cronin - never met him or talked to him even though his assistant was supposed to talk to him and call me back.

Patient of Dr. K's for 5 years and the NP Shiloh cancelled an appointment and told me to call and verify the other one got me discharged because she is a waste of a visit. Dr. k is great but only sees one side and it's not yours. The front office is a complete waste of space.

Dont bother wasting your time. The docs are nice enough, however their office staff a 2nd a few of the arnps are useless. Your appointments are going to be rearranged constantly, and t9hey will call you at least once a month to cancel an appointment.then you will get a letter discharging you over an appointment THEY called to cancel. They just did the exact same thing to my husband.wouldnt do a procedure because they are billing wrong insurance.as of date. they are STILL Billing wrong insurance.
They cut you off and they give you no option to explain to someone what's going on. So I'd say someone does what they want and everyone gets discharged. The lady on the phone actually told me they dont make mistakes. Useless. My husband had been on pain meds for 5 years with dr k. This morning he was supposed to get his script but instead got discharged with nothing. Its malpractice at best.

I absolutely love this group. I still have pain but, I can tolerate it compared to being bedridden is a major plus. His caring bedside manner is like no other.
