Dr. Key seems to refer most of his treatments to his staff of "technicians, " who seem to have no formal training. I do not recommend Key Laser. I paid $150 to have a small spot on the bridge of my nose removed (I was told it is a cherry angioma). The technician, who said her last job was as a bartender, chose a Broadband Laser treatment as a first choice for me, saying that there were other treatments we could try if this treatment was not successful.
She neglected to say that I would be charged $150 each time I came in, regardless of the outcome of her suggested treatment. Key Laser advertises itself as a medical facility, but appears to be more interested in payment than in successful outcomes for its customers.

I got the "diamond glow" facial. The technician seemed to know what she was doing, but the entire procedure was incredibly lack luster for the price. $160 for me to wash my own face in a bathroom, have her do the microdermabrasion for 10 minutes, wear a face mask for 10 min and then have her simply apply skin care products and send me on my way. What?!

I came in for light therapy for rosacea, referred here by my dermatologist. I paid for 3 rounds of treatment and I am thrilled with the outcome. The staff was so kind and enjoyable to spend time with throughout the experience. Products were recommended to me, but never in a pushy way, and I am so happy with all of them that I'm planning to use the toner and moisturizer and tinted sunscreen from now on. My skin hasn't looked this good in 5+ years.

My 2nd visit to Key Laser was just as wonderful as the first. Dr. Key has been in the top of his field for decades and it shows. His staff is knowledgeable, kind and professional. The environment is beautiful, comfortable and convenient to get to. My procedures have been exactly what was explained to me and felt very safe in the exceptionally trained hands of Dr key and his staff. I'm very pleased with my experience and have already booked another appointment.
