The staff and Drs are excellent. Kind. Polite. The medical care is outstanding. However, the fact they allow disrespectful people to be late (a grace period) that then results in making everyone else has to wait is not really very fair to those to show up on time. This practice should stop.

I had an appointment scheduled and they called me a day before the appointment and told me that they had to push my further two weeks. So short a notice, for I had the day taken off from work for the appointment. So make sure your appointment is rock-solid set.

This is a great clinic for eye care. I have been going there for many years. The checkin staff is always well prepare for your visit. The necessary paperwork is ready to review and sign. Dr Engeman's assistant Linda was very efficient in the preliminary tests and getting things set up for the main checkup by the Dr. Dr Engeman is a great listener and takes time to answer all questions in a way you can understand I highly recommend this clinic and Dr Engeman.

Having just moved to Minnetonka from the Olympic Peninsula, we selected the Southdale Eye Clinic for our eye exams. We were not disappointed. Dr. Engman and his staff were thorough and easy to work this. This clinic is an excellent choice.

I have always had a great experience at this clinic. Dr Croissant is attentive and listens to me. He is gentle and calming (I am always nervous about anyone near my eyes). The optometrists that fit you for your glasses are likewise helpful and efficient. they adjust things without complaint and are thoughtful when expressing opinions about what style works for your face. I like coming here because I am not just a number--I am a person.

I awoke Saturday morning with significant and continuous pain in one of my eyes. The clinic worked to fit me into the Saturday schedule, and I received a thorough exam of my eye. I was extremely pleased with the doctor's calm and thorough manner. This is true of all the doctors I have seen at the clinic over the years. Highly recommended!
