I have been calling for a refund and have gotten nothing but the run around from the billing person named Theresa. It's been 4 months now and I advised Theresa that because I am paying taxes on the money I paid I want my refund. I can't get Theresa to call me back and I have to call her and have been trying to get my money and it's been over 4 months. Make sure you don't prepay for any services. Theresa will not communicate with you about getting your money back and when you call her she will give you the run around.

Hands down the best Chiropractor 100%, he is brilliant, gentle, compassionate, caring and the kindest person. He goes above and beyond for his patients treating us like humans and not just a dollar sign. It speaks a lot when you look forward to seeing him and his sweet staff. Teresa is a doll and runs that office like a pro. I love them. He is rare and such a Blessing, thank you Jesus for crossing our paths.
I love that he is a believer, he even prays with me, yes you read that right. Wow! His smile is so contagious. I cannot say enough good about Dr. Tim truly. I went to him scared to death of chiropractors but not being able to walk I prayed, took a deep breath and here I went. I was in such pain crying, couldn't walk so they had to wheel me in his office in a chair and I left without the chair, Brilliant Dr. God Bless Dr. Tim and his staff. Dr. Tregoning has GOT it. Absolute pro. He runs his office with impressive efficiency. I've gone in for nearly 10 adjustments and i've never spent more than 30 minutes there. I've been fighting back issues since i was 13 years old and i've been a few different chiros in my life. He's got me feeling better than ever!

Dr Tim is so thorough and educates you on the adjustments he does on you. He takes the time to talk to you about your treatment and does not rush you. He is very understand and patient with those that have major anxiety like I do. I fully trust this man. His staff are so genuine and friendly too! Such a great place to go get adjusted!
