So I was scheduled for an appt in April called to cancel. I was then told they couldn't find my message, then was told to pay a no show fee. When I complained to Stephanie which I mind you is so rude and disrespectful said to me I don't know what to tell you. I then proceeded to speak with office manager. She was the nastiest attitude. No compassion or empathy. They clearly just want your money, and it's just another money grabber.
I would save yourself the aggravation if your looking for pain MGMT. They are very unprofessional and rude. If I could rate this office it would be very poor. Just remember y'all were warned Have a good day Stephanie and office manager

I highly recommend Pain Consultants of East Tennessee. Everyone on the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I was having horrendous headaches and neck pain. Thanks to Dr. Smith, I am pain free, and I can live a normal life without the stiffness in my neck and no headaches. She and Dr. Killeffer, a neurosurgeon at the University of Tennessee have been a game changer for me, and I will always be forever grateful for their medical expertise.

Pain Consultants of East Tennessee has such caring Nurse Practitioners and all of their Staff. I have been going their quite a few years and without their care I would be in a really bad way.

They are very patient. I am a hard person to get an IV in but they did it and without hurting me. They treat you like you're the only patient there and you're VIP. They always take great care of me.
