All because of Michelle Healey. She is downright mean. Zero bedside manner and makes sick people sicker. Shame on PartnerMD for hiring a a washed out leftover from Patient First (undeniably a place for the very desperate). Michelle is narrow minded, haughty and causes more damage than improvements in health. Business would be far better if you get rid of the disease that is Ms. Healey. To cause no harm? She IS the harm.

Dr. Bigelow has been unbelievably responsive to my Covid questions throughout the holiday season. Thankfully my daughter nor I were sick but we had many questions and Dr. Bigelow was very helpful and always available. I could not recommend Partner MD or Dr. Bigelow any higher.

His care, attentiveness and excellence is incredible. I am thankful that he is my doctor and I know I am healthier because of him. If I were able to give him more than five stars I would.
