Services
Pelvic Organ Prolapse
We provide surgical and non-surgical options for pelvic organ prolapse, a condition where pelvic organs bulge into the vagina. Our comprehensive approach includes pessary fittings, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and advanced surgical techniques using graft materials. Patients receive personalized treatment plans based on the specific organs involved and severity of their condition.
Urinary Incontinence
Our specialists treat urinary incontinence through multiple approaches including pelvic floor exercises, medication management, and minimally invasive procedures like suburethral slings. We conduct detailed evaluations using urodynamic studies to determine the most effective treatment strategy for each patient's specific type of incontinence.
ThermiVa Treatments
ThermiVa uses radiofrequency energy to improve vaginal laxity and tissue quality through collagen regeneration. This non-surgical treatment addresses concerns related to childbirth effects, menopausal changes, and sexual wellness. Patients receive a series of three treatments spaced three months apart for optimal results lasting 9-12 months.
Urodynamic Studies
We perform comprehensive urodynamic testing to evaluate bladder function and identify the causes of urinary symptoms. The one-hour office procedure measures bladder capacity, pressure, and emptying efficiency, providing critical data to guide treatment decisions for conditions like overactive bladder and urinary retention.
Sacral Neuromodulation
Our specialists implant neuromodulation devices like InterStim and Axonics systems to treat overactive bladder and bowel incontinence. These minimally invasive procedures deliver targeted nerve stimulation to improve bladder control, with outpatient implantation and adjustable therapy options for long-term symptom management.

Quick to make appointments and not clear out with you insurance. Did trigger points waste of time and money. Teresa is quick to send you for text without seeing if insurance will cover it. They told me my trigger points would be covered along with pelvic floor rehab for a phone call today they are canceling my appointment and they can't help me. They never asked me if I wanted to pat cat. So I wasted over a year and half of time and money.
Then come to find out they knew the trigger point injections wouldn't work and still proceeded to put me thru it thinking if they did that then my insurance would cover what I needed. But they gave up. I would not come here is a waste of time and money.

I have been seeing Dr Thompson for over a year now and he has preformed a few surgeries on me and in office procedures. He is a great Dr and has your best interest in everything he does! He's very caring and listens and makes you feel very comfortable and answers all your questions. Lindsey Mason is also amazing alone with the rest of his staff! I highly recommend him for all your female problems!

Dr Thompson was very thorough in evaluating my situation and then sitting down with me to explain my options. His office staff is very kind, and they do an excellent job at telling you what to expect while doing procedures.

Dr Thompson is the only one who has actually tried to help me. Every other one just prescribed antibiotics as a quick fix, but. Things got to a point that the antibiotics didn't work well any longer. He did tests and worked up a game plan to see if it was going to work. So far so good.
