Services
Prolotherapy
Prolotherapy involves injecting natural solutions into joints or soft tissues to stimulate healing and reduce pain. This non-surgical treatment addresses conditions like arthritis, tendinitis, and sports injuries. Patients benefit from faster recovery times and minimal invasiveness compared to traditional surgical options.
Spinal Decompression
Non-surgical spinal decompression uses FDA-cleared equipment to relieve disc-related back pain. The treatment promotes nutrient flow to injured discs and creates negative pressure to retract herniations. It offers a drug-free solution for chronic lower back pain sufferers seeking alternatives to surgery.
Botox Therapy
Botox injections chemically relax tight muscles causing chronic pain from conditions like myofascial pain and headaches. Administered every three months, this treatment provides targeted relief for spinal and extremity pain without requiring invasive procedures or prolonged recovery.
Perineural Injection
Perineural injection therapy targets painful nerve receptors throughout the body. This specialized procedure deactivates pain signals and addresses chronic nerve-related discomfort. Patients experience relief from conditions like neuropathy and complex regional pain syndromes through this minimally invasive approach.
Osteopathic Manipulation
Osteopathic manipulative therapy uses hands-on techniques to correct structural imbalances and alleviate pain. This holistic approach improves circulation, nervous system function, and energy pathways. Patients receive comprehensive care for musculoskeletal pain while addressing systemic health through manual treatment methods.

Even though the injections did help with migraines a little bit and the staff was nice it is not worth $300 a visit with surprise fees on top of the visits. It would be nice to know in advance that I was going to get addition charges on top of the $300 pre visit. They need to be more honest with their costumers. They should have told me that I will also be receive invoices in the mail for each visit and you have to pay up front for the injections.

I have chronic knee pain after a motorcycle accident 12 years ago. I've had two surgeries and have been told by two different well known orthopedic surgeons I now need a knee replacement. I feel like I am way too young for that My knee was inflamed with extreme pain on average two weeks out of a month. When I first saw Bridget, the nurse practitioner- I was in so much pain I couldn't straighten my leg all the way.

I had been dealing with the pain and swelling for three weeks. I walked with a limp. With one prolotherapy treatment, I KID YOU NOT- I stood up, straightened my leg all the way, and walked normally void of pain. Within 5 minutes my knee felt "normal" and I was able to "run" down the street. For me prolotherapy was instant relief! I have since had 6 more treatments and I am a COMPLETE BELIEVER now, that surgery isn't always the only answer. Thank you Bridget NP for restoring my faith in alternative healing! I cannot wait to see follow up Xrays of my knee!

A few months ago I was dreading the prospect of needing surgery for my hip injury. Dr. Pollack and his staff listened to my issues and provided a detailed diagnosis. After a few treatments my pain is diminished greatly and I am able to go about my daily routine. I am truly grateful for their professionalism and expertise.
