Services
Carpal Tunnel Release
Carpal tunnel release treats median nerve compression in the wrist, alleviating numbness, tingling, and weakness. Our surgeons use minimally invasive techniques to cut the constricting ligament, allowing nerve healing. Patients typically experience symptom relief within weeks, with full recovery taking several months through structured rehabilitation.
Arthroscopic Surgery
Arthroscopic procedures examine and repair joint damage through small incisions using specialized instruments. This approach reduces recovery time, minimizes scarring, and preserves surrounding tissues. We treat shoulder, elbow, and wrist conditions including rotator cuff tears, cartilage damage, and joint instability.
Shoulder Replacement
Shoulder replacement surgery replaces damaged joint surfaces with prosthetic components to relieve arthritis pain and restore mobility. We perform traditional and reverse shoulder replacements for complex cases, followed by personalized physical therapy to maximize functional outcomes and implant longevity.
Occupational Therapy
Our certified hand therapists provide specialized rehabilitation for upper extremity injuries and post-surgical recovery. Treatment includes splinting, strengthening exercises, and ergonomic training to restore hand function and prevent re-injury through individualized therapy programs.
Elbow Reconstruction
Elbow reconstruction addresses complex conditions like tennis elbow, nerve compression, and joint instability. Procedures range from tendon repair to total elbow replacement, with comprehensive post-operative care ensuring optimal recovery of elbow mobility and strength.

Refused to do a follow-up, because I took too long to pay for the previous payment. I paid in full within about 4 months. She said we won't see your son again because you went to collections. I said it did not go to collections, I have the receipt proving I paid you in full. She said, yeah when you sent that to us, we sent it to the collections people. I was never told it went to collections. She said still it's a lifetime thing. We can never see your son again.

I appreciate Dr Pannazio's concern about further surgery on my right elbow. He said the deterioration was not far enough to outweigh the restrictions that surgery would put on my activity level. I feel like he has the my best whole body interest in mind.

I have been a patient there for over 15 years and have referred several family members and friends who were all just as pleased with their care. They have treated both of my daughters, , my fiance, and my father-in-law. Everyone at RHSI treats us with professionalism and kindness. Our questions are always answered timely, our outcomes have all been outstanding, and we love the care there. Dr. Dellacqua and Johnna are like family! We won't go anywhere else!
