Dr Halperin is a very caring, kind and patient person. He does not rush but is thorough and answers any questions you may have. He goes above and beyond to help his patient. A rare quality seen in many Doctors today. His staff is always professional and kind.

I've been with Dr. Dhalla on a monthly basis for about 5yrs. From check-in, wait time, exam, injection & check-out it is the fastest I've ever experienced. I am so much happier at The Retina Group than Rand Eye Institute. Good job to all!

I had a sudden tear in my retina. The staff got me in very quickly, handled the referrals etc. Dr. Goldman was excellent, explaining each step of the procedure as he went along. Would highly recommend, and will definitely use again if the need arises.

My Optometrist referred me to the Retina Group of Florida for an evaluation of vitreous degeneration and retinal hemorrhage. I scheduled the appointment in mid December of 2021 for January 11, 2022. I filled about 13 pages of forms that I was told were necessary for the appointment. In January, 1 week before the appointment, I needed to cancel the appointment as I was ill. They rescheduled my appointment for 02/01/22 at 8:15 AM.

This morning (02/01/22), while I was driving to the appointment, I got a call from the office (Dianne) stating that they were cancelling my appointment, as they are not accepting my insurance any longer. She stated that the insurance change happened as of today, 02/01/22. Insurances do not change in February; it may have changed on the first of January, and the did not bother to notify me (at the time I rescheduled the visit).

This office already knew since January that it was not accepting my insurance, and they called me while I am driving to the appointment to cancel it. This shows the lack of organization from the office and lack of care about their patients.
