Services
Psychiatric Treatment
Our psychiatrists and nurse practitioners provide comprehensive psychiatric care including initial evaluations and ongoing medication management. We treat children, adolescents, and adults with diverse mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches. Our clinicians develop personalized treatment plans that integrate medication with therapeutic interventions for optimal outcomes.
Psychotherapy Services
We offer individual, couples, and group psychotherapy sessions tailored to patients' specific needs. Our licensed therapists work with clients across the lifespan to address emotional challenges, develop coping strategies, and improve mental well-being through various therapeutic modalities. Sessions typically last 45-60 minutes with treatment plans adapted to each patient's progress.
Telemedicine Appointments
We provide telemedicine options for both psychiatric evaluations and therapy sessions. This service enables patients to receive quality mental health care remotely through secure video conferencing technology. Virtual appointments maintain the same clinical standards as in-person visits while offering greater flexibility and accessibility for our patients.
Initial Evaluations
Comprehensive initial assessments with psychiatrists or therapists establish baseline mental health status and treatment needs. These 45-90 minute sessions include detailed clinical interviews, review of medical history, and development of personalized care plans. Parents must accompany minor patients during these initial diagnostic appointments.
Follow-up Sessions
Regular follow-up appointments monitor treatment progress and adjust care plans as needed. Psychiatrists schedule 20-30 minute medication management sessions while therapists typically allocate 45-60 minutes for ongoing therapy. Clinicians determine whether subsequent visits should be in-person or virtual based on patient needs.

It means a lot to not be rushed through appointments. Having extra time with my care provider was so critical, valuable and very much appreciated. Excellent, professional, empathetic and extremely thorough guidance and support. Highly recommend Kim Koontz, literally a life saver!

I have received treatment from my doctor and my son's doctor at EPPG for 25 years. I have moved to another state and hope my insurance will cover with a special concession but if not I will absolutely become a cash patient. I am thankful for all of the professional knowledge and for empathy from the staff. There are few who really understand mental health challenges.

Just called and talked with a woman who was extremely rude, very unprofessional. She told me she didn't know how to down load their patient history forms that I needed help with. I asked if someone else there could help me, she slammed the phone down in my face. Made me feel like she didn't like people.
