What's the point of having a person at the appointments desk if they're not gonna answer the phone, I've called for the fifth time and no answer, and then if you leave a message and they call you back and you missed the call, you'll have to call them again and go through the whole process and hope that they call you back that day.

I fell and cracked a lower leg, a week before a total knee replacement on the other. Dr. Seroyer & his team treats everyone like they're allstar ball players! He went out his way to get my leg squared away, with top notch service for the knee. LITERALLY love Tara, Reed, Mallory & Collin in physical therapy. Actually everyone works as a team & are fabulous at it

Forget trying to get through the ridiculous phone system and expecting a call back before 3-4 days. Surgery & follow up good, but unless you keep paying for their pt, forget getting through with questions when there is an issue. Find a dr & staff who care about the patient rather than the billing.

Worst place that you ever wanna visit. I paid for my bill the minuet I got out of doctors office and a few days later I got mail from them that I need to pay for the visit. Which is I already paid them and I've been calling. more than 30times and the keep been telling manager gone call you back and wave your bill and it's been more than 2month been back forth with the phone calls I have not gotten any call back.
If they don't resolve this bill I will gone make big deal out of it and take you guys to the Court and make you guys spend more than ten times what I've been charge for. Again worst place that even to visit.
