Your Community Healthcare & Wellness Destination
Founded in 1996 by Dr. Aaron Shirley, our organization transformed an abandoned shopping mall into a modern medical and retail facility serving Central Mississippi. We specialize in providing holistic healthcare access through strategic partnerships with institutions like the University of Mississippi Medical Center and Jackson State University. Our mission focuses on reaching under-resourced communities through integrated health, education, and economic development programs. With over 1,500 full-time employees and 5,000 daily visitors, we maintain 98.9% occupancy across 20-year anchor leases.

Our initiatives include CARE4ME Services for HIV prevention, Double Up Food Bucks for nutrition access, and youth programs like the JMMF Steel Band. We operate the Jackson Medical Mall Thad Cochran Center as a hub for community revitalization, offering transportation services, health promotion, and disease prevention programs. Our board-governed structure ensures accountability while maintaining global innovation with local dedication through initiatives like the Young Futurist Project and KaBOOM! Playground Project.

The service is horrible and the doctors are very unprofessional. The nurses and clerks never answer the phone. I have been trying to reach a nurse for two weeks and still no response. I dont recommend for anyone to visit this branch. Horrible customer service.

It's a large building with many people that occupy it. Very clean and well kept. Seems like it's cleaned very regularly. Should have a front desk to help navigate you around because it's a very large building. Has restroom available.

With $80 million in assets, the community should expect a lot more from this Foundation. It earns more than $12 million in rental income alone. but it's impossible to get a grant from these stingy b.
