Services
Platelet-Rich Plasma Therapy
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy harnesses your body's natural healing capabilities to accelerate tissue repair and reduce inflammation. This regenerative treatment uses concentrated platelets from your blood to treat chronic pain conditions like arthritis, tendon injuries, and ligament damage. Patients benefit from non-surgical treatment with minimal downtime and long-lasting pain relief through natural healing processes.
Radio Frequency Ablation
Radio Frequency Ablation (RFA) provides targeted pain relief by disrupting nerve signals responsible for chronic pain. This minimally invasive procedure uses heat to disable pain-transmitting nerves, offering long-lasting relief for conditions like facet joint pain and spinal stenosis. Patients experience reduced pain with minimal recovery time compared to traditional surgical options.
Epidural Steroid Injection
Epidural Steroid Injections (ESI) deliver anti-inflammatory medication directly to the affected spinal area to reduce pain and swelling. This treatment effectively manages pain from herniated discs, sciatica, and spinal stenosis. Patients typically experience rapid pain relief within days of the procedure, allowing for improved mobility and function.
Peripheral Nerve Stimulation
Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS) uses mild electrical pulses to interrupt pain signals sent to the brain. This innovative treatment effectively manages chronic nerve-related pain conditions like neuropathy and complex regional pain syndrome. Patients benefit from non-surgical pain control with adjustable treatment parameters tailored to individual needs.
Facet Joint Injection
Facet Joint Injections target pain originating from inflamed or damaged spinal joints. These injections combine anesthetic and anti-inflammatory medications to provide both diagnostic and therapeutic benefits. Patients receive immediate pain relief from the anesthetic while the anti-inflammatory component provides longer-term healing effects for improved spinal function.

I have been going to Tulsa Pain for over 4 years. I think they are the very best. Polite, caring, thorough and concerned. They have helped me enormously in dealing with intense back and neck pain and helping me continue with the quality of my life. Dr Martucci has helped me avoid expensive high-risk surgery. This has allowed me to continue my life on a regular daily basis, even at the age of 71.

I have seen pain Doc's in Kansas, New Mexico, Alaska, New York City, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. NONE of them are equal to Dr Andrew Revelis at Tulsa Pain Consultants. Dr. Revelis was able to stop the pain in my back, and he gave me my life back. The staff at TPC are incredible. I can honestly say that I look forward to every visit. Dr. Revelis is not the type of doctor that throws pills at a problem. He found the root cause of the issue, and solved it with a non-invasive procedure. If you are looking for the best, look no further. I recommend Dr Revelis without reservation.

I have been a patient here for 5 years they have always treated me great always willing to help and truly concerned for me. I have nothing but great things to say about everyone that works here. Dr. Korbe is so smart, caring, and truly wants to help me as safely as possible. That's saying a lot because I have a lot of compounding medical issues that makes it hard to manage them all and still try to get me pain relief as well as following the ever so changing laws but he does it.
I think most doctors would have given up on me by now but he is still trying to help me and I will never be able to thank him enough. Great doctors are hard to come by and he truly is an amazing doctor who wants to help his patients.
