Pathologists' Medical Laboratory, PA d/b/a PML Pathology is an independent practice and participates with all Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC plans. Electronic Requisitioning and Reporting - PML can provide for automated requisitioning and reporting as well as interfacing with client EMR systems to provide reports electronically. One Stop Pathology Practice - PML is the source for comprehensive surgical, cytology and molecular pathology services in western North Carolina. Local Pathologists - The pathologists at PML are always available for consultative review of difficult and/or unusual cases, or to answer any questions.

Report
PML Pathology provides primary evaluation of skin biopsies and excisions, including evaluation of inflammatory and neoplastic condtions. Routine light microscopy, direct immunofluorescence and indirect immunofluorescence are available. When necesary, immunoperoxidase stains and molecular testing can be performed on the tissue we obtain from biopsies submitted.
