It had been 8 years since I saw the eye doctor. I was having an issue with my insurance and they patiently worked it out. The doctor was really good-gentle and informative. Staff was easy going. They helped me pick out glasses that fit my face and style and made sure I got the best deal possible!

Have had a consistent service from Dr. Baughman. The doctor is efficient, punctual and knowledgeable. Front desk staff however, is patronizing, incompetent and disappointing. They talk patients down, have little knowledge of insurances and favor the insurance as opposed to the patient. Every visit, the front desk interaction is a damper!
