Neurosurgery
Our neurosurgeons specialize in advanced surgical treatments for complex neurological conditions. Using state-of-the-art robotic guidance systems, we perform precise procedures for brain tumors, spinal disorders, and nerve compression. Patients benefit from minimally invasive techniques that reduce recovery times while maintaining surgical accuracy. Our team has extensive experience in both elective and emergency neurosurgical interventions.
Pain Management
We offer comprehensive pain management solutions for chronic and acute neurological pain conditions. Our board-certified specialists utilize interventional techniques, medication management, and rehabilitation therapies to address pain from spinal disorders, nerve damage, and headaches. Treatment plans are customized to each patient's specific diagnosis and pain history.
Concussion Care
Our concussion specialists use advanced diagnostic technologies like EyeBox and Right Eye to assess traumatic brain injuries. Treatment programs combine vestibular therapy, cognitive rehabilitation, and physical therapy to address symptoms from concussions and traumatic brain injuries. We provide specialized care for athletes and accident victims with complex recovery needs.
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy services focus on neurological recovery and mobility restoration after injury or surgery. Certified therapists develop individualized exercise programs to improve strength, coordination, and functional abilities. Treatment includes post-operative rehabilitation for spinal surgeries and neurological conditions affecting motor function.

Doug and the whole crew with him listen well and are very caring especially in the MRI room. They have helped my pain management in the past and hope for this same outcome for my present treatment. Spine and back pain issues can vary greatly from patient to patient. I have appreciated the help I have been given even though I know I will continue to have some pain as I continue to age.

I have had a positive experience with Dr. Koffie and the Neuroscience Group since I was first referred near the end of February. After dealing with a pain in my neck and shoulders for 6 months and with no success with non-surgical interventions, my PCP referred me to the Neuroscience Group. I was able to schedule a consultation quickly and met Dr. Koffie. Dr. Koffie clearly explained my diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
His team was able to get my schedule scheduled quickly. Throughout the entire process I have felt heard and cared for by Dr. Koffie and his team, as well as the support staff at the Neuroscience Group.

The greeters up at the front are great at greeting and helping with my issues! But scheduling a appointment few months ahead and when I have a revolving shift work like I do 21 days straight then 7 off and trying to figure what shift I'm working and what time I'm available I hear a sigh and get snooty remarks! And also would like to get a little more compassion from my Neurologist too! Not too impressed with this place really at all!

I felt Daniel Dahle had carefully reviewed my patient file prior to my initial physical therapy appointment. He was patient with me and answered my questions. When I left the session I felt positive about what the physical therapy will help me accomplish.

I had spinal stenosis and felt I would be in a wheel chair in a short period of time from leg pain and weakness. I visited Dr Yazbak and his nurse and scheduled surgery at there recommendation. It took a while do to a surgery lock down from Covid. Once they had a schedule they took care of all details with my local doctor 300 miles away for physical, after surgery physical therapy. l am 84 years old and had 6 screws & 2 steel rods put in my lumbar area of my back. I highly recommend this group. First class people. Less then 3 weeks & walking without help or walker
