I have been going here for about a year. I hate it here! I finally sad enough is enough! I got tired of being talked down to by Dr Woods. I have lived with type 2 for over 20 years but to be yelled at and belittled again and again I just can't anymore! The ladies at the front are the same way! Yelling at me at one point for not having a mask on and taking me to the back to be yelled out too! I was like all you had to do was hand me a mask and ask me to wear it.

No issues. And the time before I was there no one made me wear one at all! It's crazy the rudeness at this office. Dr Woods is the one doctor I have seen but she has ruined it for me. I'm not even sure how she is still there with that kind of bedside manor. Maybe some like it there or even like her but not me! I'm out!

Just returned from my first visit. I have read the negative reviews and had some concerns. The staff and Ben Bullard were very professional. I was given great care and advice.

Waste of time going here. Only caregiver that actually listens is Ben Bullard. I actually wonder if the patients they cannot help are treated badly in the hope they will go away. Certainly not up to date on current thought and treatments, and seem more interested in bringing you back every three months, charging for every thing they can get away with. Can't believe they are the only endo practice in a town this size, better options available in Lincolnton and Statesville.

One has to believe the recent positive posts are plants. Many complaints about office staff being rude, they weren't the friendliest bunch, but I would not call them rude. I found Dr Doneprudi to be rude, condescending, and unwilling to change his mind once it was made up, which happened at the first meeting. He refused to update any diabetic medications, choosing instead to lecture me about diet after cherry picking things I said during talks.

I finally tired of his insulting and holier than thou demeanor, and stopped going. My GP made one medication update, and A1c, which had never been lower than 8.2 in the three years I went to this practice, dropped to 7.4 in three months. I regret wasting time and money at this practice, guess being the only game in town they feel they can do as they please.

Reading these postings first was not the best idea, in my opinion they were absolutely wrong. I found each staffperson encountered to be extremely nice and professional. I'm glad I got scheduled with them. Dr. Bullard was very nice.
