We have changed our policy regarding Prior Authorizations (PA) for prescriptions. We are now charging $25 per prescription that requires our completion of PA(s) for your insurance carrier. We accept cash and personal checks. If your check is returned for reprocessing you will be charged $10. If your check is returned for insufficient funds you will be charged an additional $15 fee.
