I didn't get the name of the Dermatologist that examined me, but she was a young lady with blonde hair that did a thorough skin examination for my annual exam. It has been many years that a clinician did a true thorough skin exam. Keep up the good work.

My 88 year old mom, who had several issues, was seen by Dr Melanie Hecker. We were very pleased with her straight-forward explanations and down-to-earth demeanor. Additionally, the office staff was patient and efficient. We would not hesitate to recommend her.

Hecker Dermatology is a wonderful office. From the outstanding doctors down to the office staff, the experience is first rate. Our most recent experience is a hand peel which my daughter received, which really made her hands look so lovely. It is obvious that Dr. Melanie, Dr. David, and the entire staff care deeply about the work they do to not only make skin look more beautiful, but when necessary, to give treatment for mole removal or skin cancers. This is absolutely the only dermatologist I would go to in the south Florida area.

Won't be going back. The first time I went, it was great. I had Dr Hecker and she gave me a full check on top of the reason I came in for. This time I had Dr. Marina and she just wanted to sell me everything. She started with trying to sell me on a $63 liquid nitrogen procedure then barely looked me over and gave me a prescription for $119(that was pointless). Pretty much already what I am taking.
And then she did not even bother to check out my skin or give any type of skin examination. It lasted about 10 minutes in total and once I said I didn't want to pay the money for the liquid nitrogen, she had no more interest in me. Really sad some doctors are like this now and could care less about you, they just want to sell you anything they possibly can. I will be going elsewhere from now on but if you do go here, I would not recommend Dr. Marina. She was not friendly and began with an attitude because she mixed me up with another patient, which was not my fault.
