We offer tailored treatment plans that may include surgical interventions like disc replacement or non-surgical management. With decades of collective experience, our surgeons prioritize long-term patient outcomes and functional improvement.
Brain Surgery
We provide comprehensive brain surgery services for tumors, vascular conditions, and traumatic injuries. Our board-certified neurosurgeons utilize advanced imaging and surgical techniques to treat complex brain disorders. Treatment plans incorporate pre- and post-operative care to optimize patient recovery and neurological function.
Imaging Services
Our diagnostic imaging capabilities support accurate diagnosis of neurological and spinal conditions. These services enable precise treatment planning and monitoring of treatment effectiveness. The imaging department works closely with our surgical team to ensure timely and accurate interpretation of results.
Artificial Disc Replacement
This advanced procedure replaces damaged spinal discs with artificial implants while maintaining spinal mobility. Our surgeons have specialized training in this technique that preserves natural spinal motion. The treatment offers an alternative to traditional fusion surgery for appropriate candidates.
Minimally Invasive Procedures
We offer less invasive surgical options that reduce recovery time and post-operative discomfort. These techniques use specialized instruments and imaging guidance to access target areas with minimal tissue disruption. Our surgeons have extensive experience in SI joint fusion and similar procedures.

Report
Dr. Gogela is amazing. Prior to surgery, he was very thorough in explaining what was going on with my spine, how it had happened, and options for moving forward. He answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed. He ended up preforming my surgery, which went off without a hitch. I had also spoken with Dr. Pierson and have seen the PA's post-surgery and all have been great.
