Incontinence, prolapse, and other pelvic problems are very common. In most cases, they can be successfully treated. During the fellowship, these physicians undergo rigorous additional training and experience in the evaluation and treatment of conditions that effect the female pelvic organs, and the muscles and connective tissue that support the organs. The fellowship training focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of urinary and fecal incontinence, urinary and pelvic dysfunction, and pelvic support disorders. Finding a fellowship-trained urogynecologist gives you the best chance of getting the best treatment for your lower urogynecologic problems.

Voiding Diary Form: Please follow the directions on this sheet. Record results on the back of the sheet. You can use a standard 1 cup measuring device and label your volumes in ounces or milliliters.

Historically, Northeast Urogynecology has had an active research program in both basic science and clinical areas. Historically, we often invited our patients to participate in experimental studies evaluating the use of new medications, new operations, electrical stimulation, injections, and devices to improve incontinence and prolapse.
