Dr. Panchal is an amazing and very caring man. He and ALL of his staff were very professional and so sweet to me. Dr. Panchal made me feel like I was his only patient and had time for me to discuss any and all questions and concerns. I never felt rushed to let him go to his next patient like some other doctors can do. Dr. Panchal has a wonderful bed side manner and seemed almost as excited as me with the surgery results. I would recommend Dr. Panchal and Genesis to anyone interested in this kind of surgery. Thanks to him I look and feel fantastic! No wonder he has won so many rewards!

I was having trouble with my vision due to my eyelids. I ran into a girlfriend who had used Dr. Panchal and I couldn't believe it! I immediately canceled my other appointment and came to this doctor and the results were fabulous. This may be one of the kindest and caring doctor I have ever known. His staff is super professional and very nice and accommodating. You feel more like family and less of a patient at this facility. I can not recommend Dr. Panchal enough! He did an amazing job, paying such close attention to detail, being easily accessible with questions before and after, and truly being concerned about all parts of recovery. His staff is kind, courteous, and professional both at the office and the surgery center. My results already surpass my expectations, and I am not even fully done with recovery time!
