Dr. Faiola has been my medical provider for many years. He was our family provider when he had his practiced in Lewis County, and delivered all three of our sons. Dr. Faiola and his lovely wife were amazing, they put on a Child Birth Class in their home for a few of the new mom's. He was such a great baby doctor! He left that practice, so our family had to establish with another provider.
Several years later we found him again and were so ecstatic to be patients with him again! I was so pleased that my daughter, who was sick, could be squeezed in with me at the same time for my scheduled appointment.

Heritage Family Medicine is pleased to announce the availability of Telemedicine to our patients. Telemedicine offers the promise of more convenience for the patient and, in the current pandemic environment, a safer place to otherwise visit and work by moving some of your care off-site. Washington State supports the development of telemedicine and has decreed cost parity (the same reimbursement from insurance as a regular office visit).

If you know you must be seen on an evening HFM is not open or on a weekend, consider one of the many Urgent Care facilities for all but life threatening emergencies.
