Spent weeks trying to schedule an appointment. I was repeatedly placed on hold, hung up on once, and called "after hours" during the day. Finally I was referred to the new patient person, who tried to help. Extremely frustrating and inefficient process. I am seeing a different site.

Dr. Gleason is a wonderful, caring dr. He listens and follows up in the hospital if you are admitted as a patient. Everyone at Harris has great things to say about him. I would recommend a family member to see Dr. Gleason. His nurse Pam is absolutely the best. She takes every phone call and is right on top of things. I can't say enough about this great team.
