I've left multiple messages with these people to obtain my ADHD results from a couple years ago but to no avail. For a place that potentially diagnoses patients with ADHD, it shouldn't be this difficult to get ahold of them.

Left multiple messages with Dr Butnik, finally called me back and said he does not take insurance but his wife does. Great! She would call me. Never did, I've called 2 times a week and have left mesaages, no answer, no call back. This has been a 3 week ordeal, this Dr came recommended but sheesh for a place who helps ADHD people this is too much work just to talk to someone. Help me, I shouldn't be so frustrated before I've even walked in the door.

Dr. Hedrick was great! She made the whole process of getting tested stress-free. She included very comprehensive and easy to understand terminology for my results. She even suggested additional testing to give me a clearer answer for my results. She also took her time answering my questions. Highly recommend!
