Duffy Health Center offers a range of services to meet each individual's needs as they seek to restore their health and rebuild their lives. Based on our patient-centered model, our team works to ensure that each patient gets the full range of services they need. Medical care at Duffy is provided by an experienced team of doctors, nurse practitioners, physicians' assistants, and medical assistants. We offer primary and preventive care as well as chronic disease management, treatment for infectious diseases, and other specialties.

If you are in need of assistance with health insurance, please call (508) 771-9599 and make an appointment with our Connections Case Management team. They can help asses your eligibility. Duffy Health Center maintains a medical record for each of its patients.

Duffy staff members' days are full of interactions with our patients - some positive, some challenging. Often, they don't realize how much of an impact their small acts of compassion and kindness have on the patients and clients we serve.
