Services
Sleep Consultation
Our sleep consultations gather comprehensive patient history to determine appropriate diagnostic pathways. Specialists assess symptoms like daytime fatigue and snoring to recommend polysomnography or home testing. This initial evaluation guides personalized treatment plans for conditions including obstructive sleep apnea and insomnia.
Home Sleep Testing
Home sleep tests provide convenient obstructive sleep apnea diagnosis in patients' natural environments. This simplified alternative to in-lab studies uses calibrated equipment for accurate apnea-hypopnea index measurement. Results guide subsequent treatment decisions while maintaining diagnostic reliability for common sleep-disordered breathing patterns.
Inspire Device Therapy
The FDA-approved Inspire device offers advanced treatment for obstructive sleep apnea non-responsive to CPAP therapy. This hypoglossal nerve stimulator provides automatic airway management during sleep through precisely timed electrical impulses. Our specialists handle device programming and long-term monitoring to optimize respiratory function during rest.
PAP Therapy
Our PAP therapy program delivers calibrated positive airway pressure treatment for sleep-disordered breathing. Patients receive equipment setup, mask fitting, and ongoing compliance monitoring to ensure effective apnea management. This evidence-based approach improves sleep quality and reduces cardiovascular risks associated with untreated apnea.
Mental Health Consultation
Mental health consultations assess cognitive and emotional well-being through structured clinical interviews. Our psychiatric providers identify conditions like anxiety and depression that may impact sleep quality. Integrated treatment plans address bidirectional relationships between mental health status and sleep disturbances for comprehensive patient care.

The doctor and staff are the best of all the doctors offices and sleep study places I have been to in Las Cruces. If I had a loved one needing to see a sleep doctor or if I had to go and felt uneasy I would recommend this place. They care. They are very gentle and understanding and helpful. Their offices may not be as new and fancy but the quality of care outweighs all of that.

Staff are horrible and very rude. I heard them talking amongst eachother and she said horrible things mocking me to another staff member. I told the doctor and he seemed not to care. What a horrible staff.

They were professional, helpful, and friendly. I have been seeing them for about 5 years now and they are still just as professional and helpful as when I first started. They always check on me and how I'm doing.

Their billing department is horrible. It has been almost a year and they still can't figure out my bill. I will be going somewhere else just for this reason!
