Valley Mental Health (VMH) is a licensed outpatient mental health clinic where individuals can receive individual, group and family therapy as well as medication management, case management and skills training from over 30 Licensed and Masters level clinicians (QMHP); five Licensed Medical Providers (LMP), and by five Case Managers/Qualified Mental Health Associates (QMHA).-

After many wonderful years, Dr. Steve Tackett-Nelson and Dr. Ed Daly have retired from the practice. We wish them many fun adventures. Please note that there may be circumstances that cause your provider to be a few minutes late to your appointment.
