I have worked with these people for years, they are kind, knowledgeable, and very efficient with time (after years of allergy shots it adds up). I regularly recommend them to family and friends. Dr. DiCello is careful to make sure you understand the treatment plan and considers lifestyle in treatment choices where possible. This clinic stands out in a sea of mediocre and/or overwhelmed healthcare choices.

I have been getting allergy shots for some time now and would strongly recommend. The staff has been outstanding and respectful on a very high level. Definitely makes getting shots not as bad.

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. I had my allergy serum remixed at Mayo Clinic and shipped to this clinic and they never called me to tell me they had received it and I was able to come in for my allergy shots. I called 7 times asking and each time they told me they still hasn't received it "we will call you once it comes in the mail". It's been six months and I find out today they have had it the whole time.
Very poorly run and I was treated very poorly over the phone when asking about my allergy shots. The serum cost 2,000.00. They rudely told me it's not their problem. They also said they had no record of when they received my serum or record of me calling. This was their mistake and they won't own up to it. I'll be finding a new clinic.
