The clinic provided comprehensive medical care including check-ups, chronic disease management, and preventive services. Our providers treated patients of all ages regardless of financial circumstances. This essential care helped maintain community health standards in the Fredericksburg region before operations ceased in 2025.

When I was a patient at the Moss Clinic I never had any problems. The staff was always friendly and the doctors and nurses were very informative. I have been having problems with my prescription costs since January and I want to thank their social worker Miss Williams. I have been going back-and-forth with Medicare and Miss Williams has helped me more then anyone I have spoke with over there. She has gone above and beyond her job with helping me to understand and resolve my issues. Again thank you so much Miss Williams for all your time and patience with me. Staci Edeline

Amazing! Didn't know these free clinics existed to this point. They have dental care as well and a pharmacy

I don't utilize the clinic but many of the homeless clients I work with do. This is an oasis in our town and I'm so very grateful to the Moss family for all they've done in our community, over many years, to help so many that need a caring and helping hand.

My first experience with this establishment was a joy. I did not know how to go about accomplishing what I needed to do to get my fiancee to see a doctor because of his diabetes. I walked in and asked a question and was immediately given all the information I had not known to ask for. Anyone requiring medical coverage that is affordable and friendly I suggest you go to this place.

Guess they're okay. Treat their patients bad though. Cancel appointments at the last minute and then can't set you up another one for 2 months.
