The Lloyd F. Moss Free Clinic provides medical and dental care at no charge to low-income, uninsured, underinsured and underserved adults primarily through the use of volunteer health care professionals and partnerships with other health providers. Contact the Eligibility Department to schedule a confidential consultation.
Clinic Services
Report
The Clinic provides primary and preventive care, treatment for chronic diseases, specialty care, annual exams for women, and mental health services. Care is provided by volunteer health care professionals, supplemented by the Clinic's on-staff nurse practitioners. Health and wellness programs are offered weekly to meet the advanced needs of our patients and to promote patient involvement in improving their own health. All services are by appointment, with limited walk-in slots for existing Clinic patients on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

Volunteers perform much of the Clinic's work, along with a core of paid staff. They are the lifeline of the Clinic, positively affecting everything we do and everyone we serve. Clinic volunteers come from all walks of life and they donate their talents in a variety of ways. Volunteer activities are available during daytime and evening hours 5 days a week.

Moss Free Clinic continues to look for ways to improve communication with our patients. We are excited to provide access to Follow My Health's online Patient Portal as another step towards creating more efficient and effective communication between you and our office. The Patient Portal is part of your personal electronic health record and allows patients to conveniently access their health information from the comfort of their home or office. Patient Portal can also be used to communicate with the practice easily and safely.
