Services
Individual Therapy
Our individual therapy sessions create a safe space for clients to explore emotional challenges and develop coping strategies. Using evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic techniques, we help adults and adolescents address anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Each session focuses on building self-awareness and practical skills for managing symptoms while fostering personal growth and resilience through a collaborative therapeutic relationship.
Psychiatric Evaluation
Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations determine the most effective treatment plans for complex mental health conditions. Our board-certified psychiatrists conduct thorough assessments of symptoms, medical history, and psychological factors to diagnose conditions like bipolar disorder, OCD, and PTSD. This process includes medication management options when appropriate, with ongoing monitoring to ensure optimal treatment outcomes through both pharmacological and therapeutic interventions.
Family Counseling
Family therapy sessions address communication breakdowns and relationship dynamics affecting household well-being. Using structural family therapy and systems approaches, we help families navigate conflicts, parenting challenges, and major life transitions. Our clinicians guide participants in establishing healthy boundaries, improving conflict resolution skills, and rebuilding trust through structured sessions that promote understanding and collaborative problem-solving within the family unit.
Group Therapy
Our group therapy programs create supportive environments for clients sharing similar mental health challenges. Specialized groups focus on anxiety, trauma recovery, substance use concerns, and coping with social stressors. These sessions combine peer support with clinical guidance to develop shared coping strategies, reduce isolation, and practice new behaviors in a safe setting under the supervision of experienced therapists.
Psychological Testing
Psychological testing services identify learning disabilities, ADHD, and developmental concerns through standardized assessment tools. Our licensed psychologists administer comprehensive evaluations measuring cognitive abilities, academic skills, and emotional functioning to provide accurate diagnoses. This process includes detailed reporting and recommendations for educational accommodations or treatment planning to address specific learning and behavioral challenges.

May 30, 2020 Report
It's extremely difficult to get ahold of the front desk to schedule or change an appointment - it almost always goes to voicemail, and these aren't even addressed most of the time. I definitely understand being busy and getting things done in the office, but I've known plenty of other places that are able to balance both important phone calls from patients and other duties. It's extremely frustrating, as there was something I had to change with my appointment last minute and I couldn't get on the phone for 2 hours. Genuinely considering switching places if I'm not even able to talk to the office/my psych.
