I can't say enough about the Rose Clinic! The spa is absolutely stunning. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable and Helen is amazing. She makes you experience so calming and relaxing (even for someone with anxiety towards needles). My results are always fantastic. 10/10 would recommend!

They had a contradictory policy saying "if we don't hear from you within 2 days we will have to cancel your appointment. We do ask for a 48 hr notice of cancelling to avoid a $100 fee." I understand doctors times are valuable and they need notice, but with a policy that makes it confusing as to think if you don't respond there will be no $100 fee because they will cancel.you'll be fine.
But that is not the case. I was confused on the policy but I was not given grace. It's just frustrating because that is a lot of money that I thought I avoided. I realize I made a mistake, but could I not be given a second chance or some mercy? I understand policies need to be upheld but with the genuine misunderstanding I felt like I could have been given a lighter sentence.

I searched for months and months to find the perfect surgeon. I chose Dr. Rose because not only was he infinitely more skilled than the surgeons in my own state were, but the team at The Rose Clinic made you feel valued. The entire process has been a dream. I wouldn't choose another surgeon other than Dr. Rose to do any other procedures on my body - there is a reason he is so loved. He's the best!

I have had a fantastic experience with the Rose Clinic from the first consult through post surgery care. I met with seven surgeons in the area and from the moment I met Dr Rose and his staff, I knew I had hit the jackpot. They were respectful, caring, knowledgeable, never pushed extra procedures on me, I truly felt they wanted to get to know me and my body goals. Dr Rose was booked really far out but I still liked him the best so I was willing to wait but I was THRILLED when I got a call asking if I wanted to move up my date.
I felt the team prepped me incredibly well for surgery, going above and beyond with supplements starting two weeks before to help me get the best results. The surgery itself was just as described and Dr Rose and the team stayed in such close contact as I recovered. I couldn't imagine a better experience from start to final results!

My surgery with Dr. Rose was a success and the team has continued to give follow up care in the following weeks and months.
