I am so impressed with the staff at Iowa Pediatric. My son is extremely anxious, especially at any sort of doctors office. The waiting room is set up for kids, so he was able to play instead of sitting still and waiting for the doctor. The nurses and doctor sweet, patient and understanding. but they didn't pressure him to do things he was uncomfortable with. They were more concerned with building a relationship and trust with him than getting us in and out as fast as they could. After almost 3 years of fighting every step of the way, I think we finally found our fit. We have a follow up next week, and for the first time ever, I'm not dreading it.

I bring all three of my kids here. The dentist that I have seen are always very kind and they answer any questions or concerns I might have. Plus my kids love the play room and the prizes they get after their visits. I highly recommend this place

The dentist hand slipped with the drill in her hand and cut the area under my daughter's lip. I had to immediately take my daughter to the hospital and she had to get 3 stitches. After my lawyer contacted them 2 weeks later, they sent me a letter saying that they feel they cannot meet the dental needs of my children and to seek dental care somewhere else. Lol. No duh, like I would ever take my daughters back there after cutting her.

The staff is so friendly and able to explain everything to my son before they do it (he gets apprehensive about things) and myself. Also, explains and shows you want needs to be done if there is follow up needed. Highly recommend and the environment/office/scenery is very kid friendly.
