Services
Rheumatoid Arthritis Treatment
Our specialists provide targeted therapies for rheumatoid arthritis, combining disease-modifying medications with lifestyle strategies. We utilize advanced diagnostics to monitor progression and adjust treatments, aiming to reduce inflammation, preserve joint function, and improve daily quality of life through personalized care plans.
Infusion Therapy
In-office infusion treatments deliver biologic medications for autoimmune conditions like lupus and psoriatic arthritis. Administered by experienced nurses, these IV therapies include Remicade, Orencia, and Rituxan, with close monitoring to ensure safety and efficacy in managing chronic inflammatory diseases.
Musculoskeletal Ultrasound
This non-invasive imaging technique allows real-time assessment of joint damage, tendon tears, and inflammation. As Idaho's first adopters, we use high-resolution ultrasound to guide precise diagnoses and interventions, enabling earlier treatment for conditions like carpal tunnel syndrome and osteoarthritis.
Osteoporosis Management
Our certified densitometrists conduct bone density scans and develop tailored treatment plans to prevent fractures. Using DXA technology and specialized training, we address bone loss through medication, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle modifications to strengthen skeletal health in osteoporosis patients.
In-House Laboratory
Our CLIA-certified lab performs comprehensive rheumatology testing on-site, including inflammatory markers and autoimmune panels. Rapid results enable quicker diagnosis and treatment adjustments for conditions like vasculitis and lupus, reducing delays in managing complex rheumatic diseases.

Excellent providers and staff! I have been a patient at this clinic for many years and I have always felt like I matter. The providers are always willing to try new treatments to find out what works for me and are always willing to listen. I would recommend this office for anyone struggling with arthritis. Thank you Megan George, Dr Palfreyman and June!

I had been seeing Dr Palfryman and missed a couple of appointments in 2019 due to my daughter being pregnant and very sick. They discontinued my care and refuse to see me again. How is it a person misses a couple of appointments and you discontinue care but at every appointment I did go to it was a minimum of an hour wait in the waiting room and 30 mins in the room for the doctor to come in for less than 10 mins. He was always overly scheduled. I'm in extreme pain daily where there are days I can't get out of bed. And this is one of the only clinics around.

This is by far the worst medical clinic I have ever dealt with. Hours behind schedule, changing your provider without notifying you, and the front desk is rude and unwelcoming. Idaho really needs to step up it's game with rheumatologist because Dr. Lagwinski and his practice can't seemed to be bothered with their patients.
