I had a scheduled appointment this morning at 7:30 for a minor procedure. (This appointment has been scheduled for over a month.) I showed up at 7:15, as instructed in their confirmation email sent to me to remind me of my appointment. I was told my appointment had been cancelled because the machine for my procedure had been down for days. I was told that someone had called me to cancel, when in fact I did not receive any call or notification whatsoever that my appointment had been cancelled. I didn't even receive an apology. They've lost my business for sure.

Gem State Dermatology has always had very helpful, friendly and understanding staff. They listen to my concerns and explain the different courses of action that can be taken. PA Michael Lane is personable and prompt. It is rare that I have had to wait long to see him at my appointments. Paul, who helps, is great too.

Dr. Ming and his entourage of PAs & residents are always prompt, responsive and engaging to talk to. I feel they've always provided excellent solutions for my dermatology needs. Definitely come prepared with your notes because they move fast!
