I am writing to review your office website rather than your practice. I saw Dr. Domanski for the first-time last week and was impressed. His professionalism and demeanor were nothing short of stellar. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about your website, particularly your "patient portal" log-in. It's TERRIBLE! It took me quite some time to finally figure out that I was going to have to download this as an app on my phone in order to use it.

When I got it downloaded on my phone eventually, it put my phone into "safe mode" and I have NOT been able to access anything on my Smartphone since! I am totally locked out! Looks like I may have to buy a new phone in the next day or so. Why isn't this available on other devices like a laptop or tablet? That just isn't right!

Rose returned my call promptly to schedule my appointment within the same week, she was professional and courteous. She asked questions and made sure I understood the process. There was a prescription ready for me the same day for the laxative (which saved me time). I received directions to prep for the colonoscopy, office paperwork, and directions to access their portal the same day as well.

The day of the appointment, I was greeted promptly by a professional and courteous receptionist. The waiting room was clean and the wait time was short. The nurses, and anesthesiologist were all skilled, professional, kind, and eased my anxiety. The procedure was quick! Dr. Brian Sullivan came to the recovery room to give me the report and answered all my questions. The discharge nurse was really sweet and gave good discharge instructions. I felt no pain at home afterwards. Dr. Sullivan did an excellent job!
