I recommend Dr. Colleen Hart 1000 % for CST or Craniosacral Therapy. She works on infants and babies and has been doing this therapy for 35 years. I took my son River to her at 3 months old for infant torticollis and after only three visits (1 hour each) his neck was in alignment and no longer tilting to one side. His tummy time has improved so much and his neck seems so much stronger and he is happier and more relaxed.
I would recommend all moms of newborns come see Dr. Hart for this very gentle massage-like therapy to release any tightness their infant probably is carrying around in their neck from birth. It is absolutely incredible what a difference she has made in my son's life.
