Very nice waiting area and the front desk employees were very friendly. Check out was quick and the employee at check was also very friendly. The Dr (Dr Cantrell) did a good job listening (some Dr's don't listen very well). I feel confident in the care I will receive going forward.

Just 12 days post total right knee replacement and today I got my staples out and outpatient pt starting up. The arthritis in my knee kept me from walking. I am using a walker to get around, but that old pain is gone, gone, gone. Thanks Dr. Schrayer and team.

Incompetent staff cant seem to send referral orders over to the correct place ever or input my results into the patient portal. Also told them I wasn't going to make an appointment to discuss my mri results if the results didn't show anything but they insisted that I see the doctor in person to discuss the findings, turns out they didn't find anything and wasted my time. 2nd time this has happened

Appointment scheduled at 10, was called to the back by 10:04, getting X-rays by 10:15. Had to stop by the bathroom on way back, once I got back to my room Dr was there within a minute. Reviewed results of X-rays and game plan and I was out of there by 10:30. The whole staff was super friendly. The facilities were clean. We'll ran operation here. Would highly recommend for any of your orthopedic needs.
