What services does WellFast Urgent Care offer?
We treat minor illnesses, injuries, and offer occupational medicine, physical exams, lab tests, and X-rays. Services include DOT physicals, pre-employment screenings, and COVID-19 testing.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are always welcome. You can also use our FastPass system to reserve a spot in line for in-clinic or virtual visits.
What are your operating hours?
We're open Monday-Saturday 8 AM - 8 PM and Sunday 1 PM - 7 PM. Closed only on major holidays with adjusted hours on certain holidays.
Do you accept insurance?
Payment for physicals and certain tests is due at service, with no insurance filing. For urgent care visits, we accept cash, credit cards, and self-pay options.
Are your providers board-certified?
Yes. Our medical team includes Emergency Medicine board-certified physicians, certified nurse practitioners, and physician assistants with extensive urgent care experience.
What tests are available on-site?
Digital X-rays, basic labs (CBC, CMP, urinalysis), rapid drug screens, and TB tests are performed in-house with immediate results. Specialized tests are sent to certified labs.

Every time I come in they are extremely polite and patient. The care provider who saw me (Martinez) was exceptional and always has been the sweetest and most patient woman I have ever met. The nurse the does the urine testing is always friendly and personable. Sometimes have to get past the "mean" facades to see that but I never have an issues.

Fantastic urgent care center! Doctors are very very kind, efficient and caring. Nurses are on the ball helping with children and adults. If your doctor is closed after hours, this urgent care center is the next best place! They help you stay well!

I had appointments for my work DOT physical, My appointment at the WellFast was excellent for my first time visiting there. Dr. Cathy Carns, Nurse and Staff are very nice, professional, and friendly. I don't have to wait for long periods of time to be seen by Doctor Cathy Carns who has excellent; doctors to patient care experience. The facility, waiting area, patient room also restroom was neat and clean. Overall I had the greatest experience for my first time visiting at the WellFast Clinic.

Made an appointment for a physical, show up and apparently the girl who made the apt for me never actually did. One of the workers came in yelling about me and how they can't find me in the system and telling the workers they won't do it, and just screaming about me while other patients were in the waiting room and they all looked at me, like just because you close that little glass window doesn't mean I and the rest of the waiting room can't hear you.
Then that old lady came back and turned on the music and slammed the glass window again and talked about me some more and I know there were because they kept looking at me and calling my name. Then one of the workers from behind the desk told a old lady to go outside and she started to yell at her. The staff in the front desk area are just absolutely horrible. The actual doctors are nice, it's the receptionist who are horrible

Brought my ill 77 year old husband in WITH AN APPOINTMENT! Waited just short of 2 hours from time of arrival WITH AN APPOINTMENT! We'll go across town next time. The wait was ridiculous. At one point we were watching the estimated wait times on the lobby monitor and we were supposed to be next but that wasn't the case. When he asked why he didn't get called, the front desk said someone needed stitches. Really!?
No one was there holding an appendage and bleeding or anything. We were fixing to give up when they finally took him back to the exam room. Then wait number 2 began. All total we were there for well over 3 hours. Sheesh. Never going back

I went to wellfast urgent care on 2/18/22 and 2/24/22 and both times i received excellent care. I was treated with respect and the staff was excellent, from the check in to the doctor, nurses, and staff they make you feel comfortable, they are friendly, respectful, and professional. Thank you for all that you do! Highly recommend WellFast Urgent Care.
