Pediatrics
Comprehensive medical care for children from birth through adolescence. Services include well-child checkups, immunizations, Texas Health Steps visits, and same-day sick appointments. Our pediatric team provides behavioral health support and school/sports physicals. Accepts Medicaid-Texas Health Steps and most insurance plans.
Women's Health
Full-spectrum women's health services including prenatal and maternity care, well-woman exams, gynecological care, and menopause counseling. We offer pap/HPV testing, contraception management, and treatment for menstrual disorders. Services available for Medicaid, Medicare, and most insurance patients.
Dental Care
Preventive and restorative dental services for families, including cleanings, exams, extractions, fillings, and x-rays. Special focus on children's oral health with pediatric dentistry services. Accepts Medicaid, CHIP, and most dental insurance plans through our Phyllis Hiraki Dental Clinic.

TodayCare Walk-in Clinic
Immediate care for unexpected illnesses and minor injuries. Open Monday-Friday during regular hours and Saturdays 8:30 AM - Noon. No appointments needed for acute care needs. Accepts Medicaid, CHIP, and most insurance plans.

My doctor ask if I wanted the shot for the virus I told him I haven't made my mind up do to what I have read on the internet, He smirk and said he don't read about. That makes sense because he gave me a prescription for Arthritis that's not for people with heart or stroke patient and I'm both.

Dr Thomas Guillan, definitely do not recommend her to be your pcp. Me working for insurance, I talk to providers all day. This is a Dr that's has no empathy for her patients. My mother will definitely be looking for another Dr. I'll make sure she gets the BEST! Poor service!

I went to the dental facility for an abscess tooth. Everyone was professional except medical staff. The dental assistant that took my x-ray was very rude and unprofessional. Neither he nor she ever even looked inside my mouth. X- ray, antibiotics and a referral. I've been a customer of wfchcc for a long time but will no longer visit their dental facility.

I have really had it with Community Health Care. I was due for an extraction and for the 10th time they sent me home due to high bp. I was just at the Dr last week who changed my meds for the 3rd time and I'm all kinds of messed up. If something happens to me (stroke, heart attack) I want them to be held accountable. They refused to refund my money which prevents me from finding care elsewhere.
This could have been preventable but it is obvious that they just want your money while they pretend to have a clue with what is going on. My quality of life has deteriorated under the care of Community Healthcare and on top of it I have a hollowed out tooth still in my face due to Celiac Disease. Be happy that this isn't your problem but I fear all their patients are treated with a lack compassion so if you do get care at this location I assure you what is in store.

Very great experiences every time I walk in the door. April Williams is the best and my kids absolutely love her. I feel she is very involved and makes sure she listens to any and all problems we may be having. The only Doctor that has never made me dread going in. We love April.
