Services
Colonoscopy Procedures
Our colonoscopy services provide comprehensive colorectal cancer screening and diagnosis of intestinal conditions. Using advanced imaging technology, our specialists examine the entire colon to detect polyps, tumors, and inflammatory bowel disease. Patients receive personalized preparation instructions and post-procedure care guidance to ensure optimal outcomes.
Endoscopic Ultrasound
This specialized procedure combines endoscopy and ultrasound to obtain detailed images of the digestive tract and surrounding organs. Our board-certified gastroenterologists use EUS for accurate staging of GI cancers and evaluation of pancreatic-biliary disorders, offering both diagnostic and therapeutic applications in a single session.
ERCP Treatments
Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) diagnoses and treats conditions affecting the bile ducts and pancreas. Our specialists perform therapeutic interventions like stone removal and stent placement, combining diagnostic imaging with immediate treatment capabilities to reduce patient recovery time.
Hepatology Services
Our hepatology program addresses acute and chronic liver diseases including hepatitis, cirrhosis, and fatty liver disease. Board-certified specialists develop individualized treatment plans using the latest antiviral therapies and monitor disease progression through advanced diagnostic testing and imaging modalities.
Capsule Endoscopy
This non-invasive procedure uses a swallowable video capsule to examine the small intestine. The wireless system captures detailed images of hard-to-reach areas, helping diagnose obscure gastrointestinal bleeding, Crohn's disease, and other small bowel disorders with minimal patient discomfort.

They wouldn't help me with my insurance. Said I'd have to pay the first 4500, when my deductible was 2500.

Dr Kris Jacobson has been nothing but kind and attentive. He looks at my history and has explained why some things don't work for me or why some things have happened to me and schedules a virtual appointment if needed. I've been a patient for 2 years now and have had a great experience with him and his MA, Ryan.

Good doctors and care, but I have NEVER had so much trouble MAKING an appointment. Their scheduling hours are not when they are open and appear to be on a when-they-feel-like-it basis. I am on a now 4 month journey of trying to schedule a follow up appointment which should have been 2 weeks after my initial appointment

I called this morning due to a referral from my doctor's office, The woman who answered the phone was lovely and very helpful. I was treated at this clinic 2 years ago and had the same experience. Everyone I interacted with at this clinic was kind, helpful. I feel bad for all the others who have had a difference experience. But I was given great care, options and lots of information regarding my test results.

I thought I had written a review a long time ago. But since the doctor that I saw is still there, I will include my review now. I saw Doctor Gregory Winters. He was profoundly inattentive and condescending. He gave me inaccurate medical advice in not considering my underlying health condition. He also wore a huge Trump political button the day after the 2016 election. I did suggest to him that that was highly inappropriate considering the extremely charged environment at that time and that political statements were inappropriate at a medical workplace.
He became very agitated with me and was not interested in a conversation about how his button might affect his patients. I have nothing bad to say about the office staff or the facility in general. I would just never recommend anyone seeing Gregory Winters.

Had my first appointment Via video back in November and due to having a surgery in December, it was discussed that we would do the suggested procedures in January. Low and behold, the office never followed up with me to schedule and when I reached out, I'm told that I have to have my PCP enter a request for the procedure through the VA. because the GI provider doesn't request services through the VA when it needs an authorization. WTH your the specialist, not my PCP who sent me to you!
Guess I will request my auth be canceled at this practice. I need to know that my treating provider is capable of taking measures to ensure that the treatment that they recommend is ordered, request for authorization is sent, and a follow up is done. I should not be finding out two months later that the request was never even submitted because I have to go through my PCP.
