Our headquarters are on Hartman Lane in Springfield, Oregon and this clinic features state-of-the-art imaging and surgery centers and offers a wide variety of patient resources including a patient liaison and support groups. Free parking is available. Oregon Urology Institute's satellite office in Florence, Oregon offers residents of the Oregon coast a convenient location for basic exams, screening and post-procedure check-ups. A full range of urologic services, including imaging and outpatient surgeries, are available at our headquarters in Springfield, Oregon.

Call during business hours and we'll help you schedule an appointment with one of our doctors. At that time, we'll also verify your insurance benefits and answer questions. If you need to see us urgently, we will do our best to schedule you for a same-day appointment. If you have an issue after hours, call (541) 334-3350 and our answering service will connect you to the doctor on call. Request your test results to be sent by U.S. mail or made available to you electronically. Submit non-urgent questions to our clinical staff.

If your insurance policy requires a co-pay for your visit with a urology doctor, we ask that you make your payment at the time of service.
