My care at this Urology office has been excellent! I've seen 2 providers (Bergmann and Sterling) and 2 PAs (Collin and Amy) for years and have felt the care to be as good as any I'd received at any other doctors office. I also have many friends that get their care here and all have the same positive things to say. Some of these other reviews make no sense at all. I had surgery with Dr. Sterling several months ago and am very very pleased with the results. I can't speak any higher of this practice!

My care has been excellent. The doctors are knowledgeable and the support staff helpful. When I call and leave a message someone gets back to me, usually a PA, within a reasonable amount of time.

The reception staff and support staff is very rude have no bedside manners to deal with sick patients. Although PAs and Docs are decent over all rudeness of support staff is a turnoff to continue patronizing this practice.

Extremely long wait times with no updates from staff. No personal touch. Much to busy of any office. Still waiting to be seen 1hr after my appointment time. Only here bc my surgeon sent me. Laurie the PA I saw was the only good thing about this office.
