Vision Therapy
Vision therapy is a customized program of eye exercises designed to improve visual processing and coordination. This treatment addresses conditions like convergence insufficiency, amblyopia, and learning-related vision problems. Patients develop better eye teaming, focusing, and tracking abilities through supervised sessions combined with home practice.
Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation
Specialized treatment for visual dysfunction following brain injuries like concussions or strokes. This therapy addresses double vision, spatial disorientation, and visual processing delays using evidence-based techniques to restore functional vision and improve quality of life for neurological patients.
Syntonics Phototherapy
Syntonics applies specific light wavelengths through the eyes to treat visual dysfunctions and neurological conditions. This therapy improves binocular vision, expands visual fields, and alleviates symptoms like headaches and visual stress through non-invasive light exposure protocols.
Postural Vision Integration
Integrated treatment combining vision therapy with postural rehabilitation to address the connection between visual processing and body alignment. This approach improves coordination, balance, and spatial awareness by addressing the neurological relationship between vision and posture.
RightEye Assessment
Advanced diagnostic system measuring eye movements and visual processing using infrared technology. This assessment identifies functional vision issues affecting reading, learning, and athletic performance through precise eye-tracking analysis and generates customized treatment recommendations.

I have had double vision symptoms for years, and have been prescribed prisms but had no overall, real improvement. Dr. Sapossnek helped me with training to improve my eyes as well as to understand why the double vision was happening. I finally have some real improvement! Dr. Sapossnek truly seems to understand complex eye issues and real methods to improve them.

Dr Sapossnek is extremely talented in this area of Neuro optometry. I came in with tunnel vision and symptoms from multiple concussions :her color therapy and vision therapy has increased my field of vision to normal and is decreasing the post concussion symptoms as well. Her careful assessment for the correct lens prescription made a huge difference, for example when I walked with my current glasses I had balance issues and was falling to the left, when I put on her prescription glasses I could walk without any balance problems. I highly recommend her brilliant expertise.

I'm only two months into a six-month course and I have already seen marked improvements. My up-close issues have totally resolved and I'm making great strides on my distance problems. Dr S is a wonder, patient, kind, knowledgeable practitioner (and she has a great sense of humor!) I was flippantly told by opthos that VT was a waste of time, but this has left me with so much confidence in the methodology.

While they don't accept insurance, the office manager is very helpful in guiding you how to produce out-of-network claims to your insurance. For Philly people, the Rydal station on the West Trenton Line is located across the street form the shopping center. It's a very easy 45 minute ride. Can't recommend more!

Dr. Robin is compassionate and thorough. She is thoughtful and looks at the WHOLE person, not just your eye sight. If you have concussions and chronic illness, she helps give resources and refers other supports to make sure all of your head, neck, and concussion issues are supported. She has a team approach and ways to problem-solve, and integrates the parasympathetic nervous system that is greatly impacted by head injuries.

My husband had a very special case and Dr. Sapossnek was able to assist us. We thought he needed glasses, but she gave us a solution that we would never had looked into if we did not visit her office. We never felt rushed and she answered all the questions we had!

"Holistic" Vision couldn't be better named. Dr. Sapossnek and her care team are superior. My elderly father had a stroke and has a complicated cognitive and visual outcome. He has been demoralized with his new limitations. It has been difficult finding a doctor throughout this process. My father was handled with dignity and patience from the moment he entered their office. Dr. Sapossnek was comprehensive in her examination.

She treated him with kindness, patience, compassion and understanding when answering his questions. And she was clear and honest in her explanations of her assessments of his condition, while still being hopeful. My father now has a better outlook on his visual limitations. I thank Dr. Sapossnek and her team for that.

Dr Robin was great with my 6 yr old grandson. She made him feel comfortable which made for a very relaxed exam. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The tech/intake person put him at ease & had him joking with her. Picking out glasses became fun because he was allowed to really take his time picking out his glasses
