We sometimes take care of the grandmother, mother and daughter, who have all been delivered through our practice! We are the longest continuing ob/gyn practice in the Albany area and have a tradition of caring for.

Obstetrics

We, the midwives and doctors, will help take care of you and your baby throughout these happy months. The typical schedule of visits is every 4 weeks from 8 weeks until 28 weeks then every 2 weeks from 28-35 weeks then every week from 36 weeks until delivery. For our patients with pre-existing medical conditions or developing high-risk pregnancy conditions, we may like to see you even more often.

Gynecology

Every woman knows that the first gynecologic exam will always color her future experiences. We are sensitive to the anxiety of a first exam and have many different techniques to help your first exam be more comfortable. With the newest pap guidelines, it is very possible your first gynecologic exam may not require a pelvic exam.

Classes

Report

These classes are designed to be taken in your seventh or eighth month of pregnancy and are taught by our experienced childbirth educators. The class will provide you with tools and knowledge to enhance your labor experience. Relaxation and breathing techniques are also taught. These classes are designed for those Moms or Moms-to-be who are interested in breasfeeding their baby.
