The staff are really nice people helping me with my documents. It calmed down the anxiety on my short comings. The open MRI is what I preferred found it to be most comforting. No straps No blankets. You even have a chance to watch a little television. What a great distraction! At the end of service I received the disc and now get to see some of the images. Thank you and your staff for making life easier for those that suffer from being claustrophobic. I will share with those who suffer with the same challenges. Thank you everything.

Oxon Hill office staff are very friendly and professional. The lady that gave me the MRI was so helpful. I was hot (very hot day 6.15.2022) and perspiring she made me very comfortable with a fan.

Today I visited Washington open MRI to get an MRI on my ankle it was the most pleasant experience I've ever had when it has come to getting an MRI. The staff was very cordial in preparing me for my MRI they made sure that I was comfortable and that everything was going to be okay. The order that was written for my procedure was for my foot and it should have been written for my ankle, but that was not a problem for the staff at Washington MRI they contacted the doctors office and made sure that they let them know that, and they in return faxed over a new order it did take a little time, but they did take care of it, that was great simply because I didn't have to reschedule and come in for another MRI. Kudos to Washington open MRI and their staff. By the way I am very claustrophobic so it was great to have an open MRI.

I visited the Rockville office today. First, I was 10-15 minutes late because I had taken the wrong exit and I stressed out because of my lateness. However, when I walked into the office the young lady at the front desk smiled which took away my stress immediately and she was very kind and patient. The technician was standing by and ready for me. (oh my goodness, I can't remember their names ). I was just grateful that I was seen right away and that I didn't have to explain my lateness.
I truly hate being late because I value other people time. I am so glad that they did not cancel me out . The technician did an outstanding job in explaining the process of the imaging and even provided a hand held panic device if I needed to use it at any time. Needless to say that my stress level of the fear of the MRI subsided thanks to the team working at Open MRI!
