Tiffany at the front desk is very rude she picked up the phone and didn't even say hold on when she put me hold for almost 30 mins they are very unprofessional there all there staff over the years I've been coming since I been a child and it's getting worse they will send a bill out when you already paid then send it to collections

Definitely need a change of primary care doctor, this office always has issues responding to calls + never calling you when your lab results come back. the staff is nice, however their main issue is replying or getting back to patients. like the past few days ive been trying to schedule an appointment but it says office is closed despite it being open.

I took a rapid COVID test at this location after an expected but very long wait. Someone called within one hour of my test to share my results (and could have just left them on my voicemail.), but I unfortunately missed the call. It has been ridiculously difficult to get anyone on the phone and once I do, I'm on hold for HOURS at a time or no one calls me back. I thought I would also get my results emailed, but no, I haven't received any emails.

My experience with this office has been terrible for years. Enough is Enough. The office staff is unprofessional and unorganized. Calls go unreturned Or you stay on hold for 20 or more minutesI called for referral. so that I could change drs. I called them at 9:30 Was told I needed a teleconference And one would be scheduledI called bac kAnd they were closed

Worst Experience with this clinic so far! I had a 2:30pm Appt through telehealth, it's 3:20pm and still have not been seen. I called the office and Spoke to a RUDE Receptionist named Imani to see if I was going to be seen and was told the doctor is going down a list and that they don't go by the scheduled time they give you. She didn't seem to know much about how it worked and when I asked how it worked she just said she apologized on the doctors behalf and continued to be rude.

And This isn't the first time this has happened with different receptionist and for the same reason. You'd think after so many terrible reviews, respectable receptionist would have been hired by now. If i could give zero stars I would. Would NOT recommend!

Dr. Cho was very impatient barely spent 10 minutes with me, felt like she was in a hurry. She seemed to get upset and angry at some point and wanted to leave. would not go back to her, terrible bedside manners. On the other hand Briana the medical assistant was so kind, really made me feel comfortable when I came in pain seeking help. I was a self pay and the receptionist was horrible looked like she was drunk, the medical assistant is the only good thing going on at that clinic.

Also very very slow I was the only one there took them 45mins to see Dr. Cho, she is rude and impatient, it seems like she hates her job she should quit and take a vacation or get a spa day she really needs it! Briana the MA said that she was studying to become a nurse someday, I bet she'd be an excellent nurse or doctor, the only reason I gave this place two stars is because of the medical assistant otherwise it really is 1 STAR, wish the staff at this urgent care would learn to be kinder to their patients! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.
